Training

Consistency is the basis for great results. We train weekly in Swim, Bike and Run.

Our training sessions are open to AusTriathlon registered members. 
We encourage anyone attending our training sessions to join Knox Triathlon Club. 
Club Membership  goes towards our facility and coaching expenses.

Twice weekly squad swims with a qualified swimming coach and  seasonal open water swims

Weekly training with a qualified cycle coach- winter indoors at club rooms and summer road rides
